Battery Charging Problem - 2014 Coachman Vision

We have a 2014 Coachman Vision, following what I would describe as an overheating episode with the Truma combi heating, the fridge/battery override tripped.

Reset and all worked well again until the lights started to dim. Eventually the battery meter read zero. The on roof solar panel has charged the battery as we drove today and we have stopped for 2 nights en-route to the Costa del sol.

Does this mean my charger has blown. Checked fused, all seem ok. Can anyone throw any light on this. We are supposed to be away for another 5 weeks.

Depending a the voltage of your battery, you could possibly try purchasing a mains 12 v battery charger for when the solar isn't sufficient. This may keep you going until you get home?

Good luck.
