Best Camp and Caravan Sites in Wales

In your experience what are the best sites in Wales and does anyone know why St Mary's is now closed? Can anybody help with their favourite Wales sites?

We must admit although we have been to Wales quite regularly, we have not actually been there with our caravan.

However, one of our friends lives near the Gower Penisular. The area has spectacular views and fantastic beaches. We would highly recommend the area and we are really thinking of taking our holiday there this year.

Does anyone else have any recommendations and does anyone know why St Mary's has closed?
