We're thinking of upgrading from a tent to a caravan. When we started looking at vans none of them seemed to have enough headroom for my boyfriend who is 6'3". As a complete novice I wondered if there are any manufacturers who produce vans which would accommodate his height. Any suggestions would be gratefully received as I'd hate to miss out on caravanning through lack of research.
Caravaning is for everybody. As your boyfriend is 6'3", I reckon that is about 1.9m. The average headroom on caravans is about 1.95m. I would advise that you buy a Caravan magazine and have a look in that. Most are published monthly and they have full details of all caravan manufacturers and their caravan models, detailing all their specifications. Whatever you do, don't give up. Visit your local dealers and have at look at their caravans. There are several dealers in Gloucester which may be of interest.
