Caravan Blinds

I need to replace some of the blinds in my caravan - do you happen to know where I could buy blinds for my 1995 ABI Marauder 2 berth caravan? Many thanks.

Your best bet would be to try contacting some caravan breakers yards. We have a list on our website. Click on the site map on our home page and then scroll down to the Miscellaneous section, there you will find a heading entitled 'Caravan Spares & Caravan Breakers'.

Caravan Blind

Hi,
Please could you tell me how do I re-tension my window blind as it won't re wind.
Thanks.

On most blinds there is a re-tensioning screw which is located at one end of the cassette. If you also have a fly screen, there will be 2 screws. Turn the screw for the blind a small amount at a time until the correct tension is reached.

Please could you advise me on how to retension the window blinds on a Coachman Mirage caravan.
Many thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give me.

On the left hand side of the blind housing, there should be 2 screws. These screws are for tensioning both the blind and the fly screen. I think the top screw is for the fly screen and the lower screw is for the blind. Turn the screw a couple of times in a clockwise direction and then try the blind again. If necessary turn the screw again but be careful not to overtighten the spring

I have a 1993 Bailey Pageant Cabriolet caravan. I have broken a blind and was wondering where I would be able to find spare parts. Many thanks.

You could either try your local caravan dealer to see if they have what you need or you could try a caravan breakers yard. Most of these breakers yards have a mail order service, so everything can be done by phone. A list of breakers yards can be found on our website, or you could search the internet to see if there is one near you.

Does anyone know if there is an agent in Australia for Horrex Blinds? If Yes....then WHO.
I would like to retro fit them to my Jaco....anyone done that already!!!!!

Have you tried contacting Horrex direct and asking them if they have any agents in Australia. Their website address is www.horrex.nl. I know Bailey Caravans use Horrex blinds so you could try them. Their contact email in Australia is info@baileyaustralia.com.au.

How do I re-tension the front blinds on my 2010 Bailey Pegasus 534. They have become creased and look such a mess.

Most blinds have a spring re-tensioning screw at one end of the cassette. Turning this with a screwdriver usually solves the problem of a sluggish blind retraction. However, you might have to remove the blind cassette completely to gain access to the screw.
