Ingredients:
150g Sweetcorn
3 Spring Onions, chopped
125g Creme Fraiche
2 Eggs
60g Self-Raising Flour
Salt & Pepper
Vegetable Oil
How to Cook:
Put the sweetcorn in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly combined and the batter is smooth.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon in 2 tablespoons of the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
