Cleaning

I have a caravan thats had smoking inside and the ceiling is rather yellow. How can I clean it or can I repaint it? I would be grateful for any advice. Thank You.


A friend of mine is a painter and decorator and he is a great fan of sugar soap. He uses it all the time when preparing walls and ceilings ready for painting. He says it shifts most stains including nicotine. You can buy this from most DIY stores. I would however test a small area first just to see if it does damage the ceiling board.
