Since the first Truckfest at Newark Showground in 1983, the event has become well known for providing an action packed and varied day out for the whole family, regardless of if you are directly involved in the road haulage industry. Over the years, many of the UK's finest acts have performed in the main arena on the May bank holiday, acts such as Steve Murty with the Pirelli Pro Jet jet truck and the first ever performance of a Bigfoot monster truck on UK soil when Bigfoot 6 crossed the Atlantic in 1992. 2010 will see Bigfoot reach it's 35th anniversary and we have a very special guest flying in from the USA to help Truckfest celebrate the birthday of "the worlds original monster truck". Also appearing at the 2010 event will be Britain’s number one military display team, The Flying Gunners.
