Creamy Scrambled Egg

Here's an extremely quick, easy but delicious recipe for Creamy Scrambled eggs. Cook it up and see what you think!!


6 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Creme Fraiche
Small Handful Dill, roughly chopped
40g Butter

How to Cook:

Beat the six eggs with the three tablespoons of creme fraiche, chopped dill and salt.

Heat 40g butter in a frying pan. When the butter is gently sizzling, add the egg mix.

Allow the egg mix to gently cook in the frying pan for a minute without stirring.

Then, keep stirring until the eggs are firmly cooked.

Serve with buttered bread, toast or toasted bagels.

You could always add smoked salmon for a more substantial meal.
