Fuse panel - 1993 Sprite caravan

I'm trying to get my pump going in my caravan, with not much luck. I have the electric going into van but power is not there for the pump to go, I've checked all the fuses but still not going.

Can anyone tell me if there is a manual for the pump system or fuse box for my van.
