Ham and Egg Fried Rice


Here's a quick and easy recipe for Ham and Egg Fried Rice which you might like to try cooking on holiday.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
700g Cooked Long Grain Rice
300g Sliced Ham
4 Spring Onions, sliced
1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
150g Peas


How to Cook:

Beat the 4 eggs in a large bowl and add the cooked rice. Stir well to combine.

Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan and stir fry the ham for 2 - 3 minutes until crispy.

Add the spring onions and continue to stir fry.

Then add the rice to the pan and stir fry for 5 - 6 minutes until the eggs cook and start to brown.

Add the light soy sauce and peas and then cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
