Jockey Wheel Puncture

Please could you help me - with all four corner legs down, can I release my jockey wheel to enable me to repair a puncture? Many thanks for your help with this.


In theory, yes you can but you should never use your steadies as a form of a jack to lift your caravan. By doing this, it can result in a damage mechanism and will also distort the chassis. What I would do, is repair the jockey wheel whilst still hooked up to the car.
