I have a one year old awning which has been out twice and after some prelonged heavy rain the roof has started to leak. What is the best course of action can I take to prevent it happening again please?
Most new awnings do tend to leak a little bit through parts of the stitching when first rained on. When the stitching gets wet, it will expand slightly and when it dries it should settle back and seal the leak.
