Parmesan and Garlic Spaghetti

This is a really quick and easy recipe for Parmesan and Garlic Spaghetti. You won't get a tastier or speedier recipe for when caravanning!!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes


4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
400g Spaghetti
50g Grated Parmesan

How to Cook:

Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 4 chopped garlic cloves in a frying pan over a gentle heat.

When the garlic starts to sizzle remove from the heat and leave aside.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes.

Drain well and return to the warm pan.

Add the garlic oil and cheese along with the salt and black pepper to taste.

Toss well to combine all the flavours.
