6 Sausages, skins removed
250g Mushrooms, sliced
150ml Red Wine
660g Jar Tomato Pasta Sauce
Parmesan to Serve
How to Cook:
Heat a large frying pan then crumble in the sausage meat.
Stir well to break up the meat and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and fry until they begin to soften.
Stir in the wine and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
Add the pasta sauce and heat through until bubbling.
Meanwhile cook the pasta.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and tip into the sauce mix.
Stir well until the pasta is completely coated.
Serve with a little parmesan on top.
