I had a simular problem - tried the re set method from the Book and it didn't solve it.
However through trial and error I found a way to re set the Electronic Box with the Hand set.
Try This:
1: Turn off the Power to the Electronic Box (Using the Red Key)
2: Press in the reset button on the Electronic Box.
3: Switch on the Power to the Electronic Box(using the Red Key)
4: Swith the Handset on and off 3 times - on the 4th time leave the Hanset on.
The System should now be Re Set - Test each button on the Handset pressing only one Button at a time - each roller should work in acordance to each button you press.
