Stealth Caravans

We are new to caravans and would like to buy one next year. We really like the look of the Stealth Caravans and wondered if you could give us any info as there don't seem to be many on the road thanks.


As you say, there don't seem to be many Stealth Caravans on the road - we have never seen one!! We don't really know anything about them except they look really different and modern!!

Does anyone out there own a Stealth Caravan and could help out Terry and give him more information??

Still got my Stealth Q58 after 6.5 years and it has been fine. It is a shame that some people had issues mainly with Dunster House and now the few remaining have a bad name because of a few bad reviews. Many other caravan makers have bad reviews but they are still going which points to a bad company and not a bad caravan.

We can say one of the best layouts and excellent
caravans around. Everything is spot on ie space
fittings, the heating and hotwater is as good as any out there.
It turns heads when you pull up at parks.
we will be sorry to see her go (Heart attack)looking for a small motorhome.

I own a stealth and would not advise anyone else to purchase one - the so called made to order caravan turned out to have been made before I ordered it - it is full of faults some of which are dangerous. As a company Dunster House ignore any problems you may have with the caravan and do not possess the ability to repair them. You will only regret buying one and probably end up trying to get a refund.


Remember, this is the view of one of our readers - we have no knowledge of Stealth Caravans, not having purchased one ourselves.

In response to your question I am the owner of a Q58.

My one is a 2010 model I bought from the factory in April of this year. I have had major problems which have all been fixed by the factory. My chronicles of this are posted in another Forum.

All the problems can be traced back to the production line in 2010 and the staff have been changed since then with a new Production Manager hired this year. I have no hesitation in recommending any vans built since he started.

The van itself is heavy - I changed tow cars but very stable to tow. The bed is excellent as is the seating and the storage is exceptional. As far as looks are concerned - I tell people I'm sitting inside it not staring at it from outside !.
