Unusual Wall Board

I need some help please - Does anyone happen to know what the attached wall board is, or where I could possibly purchase some? Many thanks.

You could try contacting or visiting a Caravan Breakers/Spares yard. A list can be found on our website. Click on our site map on the home page and then scroll down to the Miscellaneous section and you will find a heading entitled "Caravan Spares & Caravan Breakers".
