Used 2002 Fleetwood Caravan - Should I Buy Or Stay Clear?

Have had a great offer of a 2002 leetwood from a local dealer. My question is now that they are no longer made what problems could I encounter, please give me your thoughts.

As long as the caravan is in good condition and has no problems with damp then you should have no real problems. Getting hold of parts should be relatively easy as most caravans share the same parts.
