Water Heater

We have had problems with our water heater both on gas and electric The electic just does not work, On the gas it will fire up for 10 seconds then cut out and a green / red light comes on.,, Have you come across this before?
Our caravan is a Bailey Pagent Monarch 2006

With gas and electric appliances, it is essential that these are looked at by qualified and registered technicians. I would advise that you take your caravan to your local dealer and ask them to look at it for you.
