Water Ingress Through Caravan Aerial?

Can you advise where water could be entering the caravan in the aerial location.

The evidence is water dripping from the aerial cable inside the cupboard. Could water enter the aerial unit and follow the cable to the lowest point. I have been advised that this is a real possibility.
