What Size Is My Existing Awning?

I have an Isabella Ambassador 2502 which I bought in a 'job lot' sale. I need to sell-on to a good home but don't know how to measure it's size for the advertisement. Help appreciated.

The only way to obtain this measurement would be to measure the beading on the awning itself. This should give you a rough estimate as to what size it is.
